The ideal candidate will have deep cloud and containerization expertise, strong scripting skills, and a passion for improving development workflows while enabling reliable production environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a DevOps or Systems Engineering role.
• Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Proficiency with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, security principles, and system administration.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, tests, and deployments.
• Manage and automate cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) using IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Implement and manage Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve efficiency and availability.
• Develop and maintain robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth deployments and rapid issue resolution.
• Enforce security best practices across infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
• Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Provide on-call support for production incidents as needed.
