• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and vendors as necessary.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in delivery operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale logistics operations and diverse teams.
• In-depth knowledge of South African transportation laws and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive change and implement operational improvements.
• Experience with modern logistics technology and fleet management systems.
• Valid driver's license (Code 10/C1 preferred).
