Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the delivery fleet , including dispatch, routing, and driver management.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, fuel efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies by all drivers and operational staff.

• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless coordination of delivery logistics.

Requirements
