Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a Senior Debtor Controller & Administrator based in Randburg to own the full accounts receivable function and oversee key administrative operations. This role targets a commercially minded, highly organized finance professional with a focus on cash flow and risk management.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Credit Management or Finance.
• 5 years proven experience in senior debtors management and credit control.
• Strong invoicing, reconciliations, debtor age analysis and collection management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; Palladium experience advantageous.
• Experience supervising or training junior administrative or finance staff.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer invoicing and AR ledger processing.
• Monitor payments, allocate receipts, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly age analysis reports and debtor performance reports for senior management.
• Maintain retention schedules and administer guarantees and related documentation.
• Supervise the Debtor Intern and liaise with Accountant to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Oversee office administration, portal submissions, and meeting minutes.
