Job summary

Communicate Finance is seeking an experienced Debtors and Collections Lead in Gauteng to spearhead the AR function and drive collections initiatives. The role focuses on aging reviews, reconciliation accuracy, and strong customer relationships to support cash flow planning.

You will supervise a debtors team, optimize processes, and provide insights to management. Excellent Excel and ERP experience are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Matric essential.
• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field advantageous.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years' experience within debtors, credit control or accounts receivable
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong collections and debtor management skills
• Experience managing high-value customer accounts
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• ERP system exposure
• Strong reporting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
