NDC Personnel in the Western Cape is seeking a Debtors Clerk for a role based in Worcester. You will manage debtor accounts, allocate payments, perform reconciliations, and pursue outstanding amounts.

You will handle month-end reporting, respond to customer queries, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all debtor transactions.

The ideal candidate holds a Matric certificate with at least 5 years of debtors/receivables experience and strong Excel skills.

Formación

• Matric certificate is required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a debtors clerk or in an accounts receivable role.
• Strong Excel skills and a high level of accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Manage debtor accounts and allocation of payments.
• Perform account reconciliations and pursue outstanding amounts.
• Ensure timely processing of debtor transactions and assist with reporting and month-end procedures.
