• Bachelor's degree in Law, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data privacy, compliance, legal, or information security roles.
• Deep knowledge of POPIA and GDPR requirements.
• Proven track record in developing privacy programs and policies.
• Experience advising on data privacy implications for projects/products/services.
• Ability to manage data subject access requests (DSARs) and data breach privacy aspects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain data privacy policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with POPIA, GDPR, and applicable data protection laws.
• Conduct DPIAs and Privacy Risk Assessments.
• Advise on privacy implications of new projects and services.
