Job summary

Network Finance is seeking an Advanced Specialist: Operations & Administration to lead the Data & Analytics operations, governance, and reporting across the division. You will manage a high‑performing team, drive process improvements, and support senior leadership with strategic initiatives and performance insights.

You will oversee budgeting, procurement, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field as listed.
• Honours degree advantageous.
• 5+ years in Operations Management or related areas.
• Minimum 3 years leading a team.
• Experience supporting senior leadership in a corporate environment.
• Experience driving operational improvement initiatives.
• Experience governing reporting, governance, and business support functions.
• Experience coordinating strategic projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations and administration professionals.
• Oversee day-to-day operational and administrative functions within Data & Analytics.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements, controls.
• Coordinate strategic initiatives, projects, and objectives.
• Manage governance activities: reporting, compliance, risk, audits.
• Prepare executive reports, management packs, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Support budgeting, resource planning, procurement, and vendor management.
• Foster communication between business, tech, and leadership.
• Ensure adherence to policies, governance frameworks, and regulations.
• Drive accountability and continuous improvement across the function.
