Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a senior leader to oversee enterprise-wide insights, analytics, and performance management. The role focuses on evolving from traditional reporting to predictive, AI-enabled decision support, while developing executive dashboards and scorecards to drive strategic outcomes.

The candidate will translate complex data into clear business recommendations, present insights to senior executives, and lead teams across analytics, reporting, and quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in BI, analytics, strategy or performance management.
• Senior/Executive leadership experience.
• Experience presenting to executive stakeholders.
• Experience driving automation or data transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide insights, reporting, and performance analytics.
• Drive the evolution from traditional reporting to predictive, AI-enabled decision support.
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance frameworks.
• Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.

• Establish governance, performance review cycles, and intervention strategies.
