Job summary

Network Finance is seeking an Analytics & Reporting Lead to drive data-driven decision making across a dynamic environment. You will translate business challenges into insights, develop scalable dashboards, and govern KPIs and reporting cadences to improve performance.

You will lead analytics teams, partner with finance, risk and technology, and ensure data governance and high-quality outputs to inform commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information studies, information technology, mathematical sciences, analytics, actuarial science, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or data environments.
• At least 3–4 years' experience leading analytics teams in financial services or related industry.
• Experience with Business Intelligence implementations is advantageous.
• Strong SQL, BI, and data visualization expertise.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence decisions through data insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analytics strategy by translating business challenges into actionable insights and reporting solutions.
• Develop and instrument scalable dashboards, reporting frameworks, and MIS tools.
• Establish and govern KPIs, scorecards, and cadences to track and improve performance.
• Drive advanced analytics initiatives to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers.
• Collaborate with business, finance, risk, technology, and data teams to deliver insights.
