Job summary

Network Finance in Gauteng seeks a senior analytics leader to own collections performance and drive strategic improvements through data-driven decision-making, advanced analytics, AI, and leadership.

Reporting to the COO, you will influence business strategy, optimise operations, and deliver exceptional results for clients, engaging with executive stakeholders and building influential dashboards and scorecards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (as listed).
• 8–10+ years in collections, recoveries, credit risk, or operational analytics.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Experience presenting to executive-level audiences (COO/Board).
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead collections analytics and performance teams across portfolios.
• Develop predictive collections strategies and AI-driven models.
• Create client dashboards, scorecards and executive reporting.
• Identify growth and optimisation opportunities for clients.
