Job summary

Network Finance seeks an experienced Analytics Lead to drive the development and enhancement of analytics solutions, dashboards, scorecards, and management reporting across the organisation. You will set data governance standards and champion data quality throughout the analytics lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years' experience within Analytics, BI, Reporting, or Data Analytics environments.
• 3-4 years' experience managing or leading analytics teams.
• Experience within Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Lending, or a related industry.
• Exposure to Business Intelligence implementation projects advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of analytics solutions, dashboards, scorecards, and management reporting.
• Establish and govern KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyse and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
• Drive analytics best practices across the organisation, including experimentation, hypothesis-led analysis, and performance measurement.
• Oversee data preparation, validation, cleansing, and governance processes to ensure data quality and reliability.
• Partner with business, finance, risk, technology, and data teams to deliver insight-led recommendations.
• Lead and develop analytics team members through coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting structures, data collection processes, and metric definitions.
