Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field.
• 5+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in commercial or financial services.
• Proficient in SQL and Python; Databricks experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyse complex commercial and customer data to generate actionable insights that drive business decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Databricks and other analytics tools.
• Collaborate with engineering and UK analytics counterparts on local and global projects.
• Lead and mentor a junior analyst to support their professional growth.
• Deliver timely, high-impact analysis prioritizing speed over perfection.
• Translate data findings into business-aligned recommendations that influence strategy and operational improvements.
• Act as a business partner within the leadership team contributing to the SA analytics mission.
