Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, mathematics or a related field.
• Certification in data warehousing, BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, SQL.
• Experience with ETL processes and data extraction/transformation/loading.
• Strong communication and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years in a BI/Analytics role, preferably in Banking.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities through data insights.
• Develop data-driven solutions to improve client experience.
• Collect, transform and analyse large datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Design and implement data visualizations, reports, and dashboards for a non-technical audience.
