Job summary

Lesaka Technologies Inc. is looking for a Data and Financial Analyst to support the Manager of Commercial Performance. You'll work with large datasets, build dashboards, and produce financial reports to aid decision-making.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in data analysis or BI. You will contribute to commercial insights and help ensure data quality across operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a data analysis, financial reporting, or BI role.
• Proficiency in at least one BI platform (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Experience working with large transactional datasets in fintech or telecoms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and analyze large transactional datasets from multiple content categories.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards that provide visibility into key commercial metrics.
• Produce standard reporting packs for senior stakeholders.
