Job summary

impact.com is seeking an Associate Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to surface insights for business decisions. You will work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver data-driven outputs and recommendations.

You will contribute to the analytics center of excellence, build data assets, and create dashboards as directed by the squad lead. Strong communication and BI skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze data from multiple sources including relational databases and big data technologies.
• Assist with master datasets creation and maintenance.
• Participate in data stewardship initiatives.
• Clean and manipulate data to ensure high quality reporting outputs.
• Contribute to technical specifications for new data assets.
• Analyze source systems to identify business logic and patterns.
• Use statistics to identify trends and insights in data.
• Communicate data quality and validation issues clearly to stakeholders.
• Create dashboards and visualizations as directed by the squad lead.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to assess data sources and KPIs.
