Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, focused on security operations and incident response.
• Proficiency with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and EDR solutions.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, OS, and common attack vectors.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or GIAC are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and events using SIEM and other tools to detect threats.
• Investigate security incidents, perform forensic analysis, and implement containment and eradication strategies.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify risks.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
• Provide security awareness training and guidance to employees.
