Job summary

Lincoln Motor Company is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee binning and replenishment within the FCSD facility. You will ensure accurate bin locations, timely put-away, and continuous improvement in replenishment and space utilisation.

You will manage exceptions, monitor stock levels and coordinate transfers between depots, while maintaining a safe and organized workplace under 5S and Ford safety standards. Experience in an automotive environment is required.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required; a National Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an auto environment is expected.
• Valid forklift driver’s license is advantageous.
• Strong communication and team-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and control binning and replenishment in the FCSD warehouse.
• Ensure parts are binned to correct locations and put away promptly.
• Investigate and resolve put-away exceptions and escalate issues as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve binning accuracy, replenishment efficiency, space utilisation and slotting.
• Monitor stock levels and trigger replenishment from reserve to prime per rules.
• Review backorder and SOH reports to ensure timely supply against open orders.
• Prioritise replenishment for critical service parts to protect dealer fulfilment.
• Record bin transfers, location changes and stock adjustments in PANDA and manage inter-depot stock movements.
• Conduct regular 5S audits and area inspections; maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Coach and develop team members; identify training needs and ensure competency.
• Work across December shutdown and regular year-round shifts.
