Job summary

Lincoln Motor Company in South Africa is seeking a Warehouse Operator to lead binning and replenishment within the FCSD warehouse. You will ensure accurate binning of received parts and prompt put-away to correct prime or reserve locations, supporting uninterrupted order fulfilment.

You will safeguard inventory accuracy, location integrity and stock availability while promoting a clean, safe, and well-organized working environment in line with 5S and Ford safety standards.

Qualifications

• Matric/ Grade 12 is required.
• National Diploma in Supply Chain/ Logistics or equivalent is preferred.
• Forklift license is an added advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in an auto environment.
• Strong communication and team-building is essential.
• Knowledge of Ford Systems is beneficial.

To lead, coordinate and control the binning and replenishment operations within the FCSD warehouse, ensuring that all received parts are binned accurately and put away promptly to their correct prime or reserve locations, and that prime pick locations are replenished to support uninterrupted order fulfilment. The role safeguards inventory accuracy, location integrity and stock availability, and drives a clean, safe and well-organized working environment in line with 5S and Ford safety standards.

• Matric/ Grade 12
• National Diploma in Supply Chain/ Logistics or any other filed is preferred
• Valid Forklift Driver’s License added advantage
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in auto environment
