Ford in South Africa seeks a Warehouse Associate to check and store parts from local and import suppliers. You will pick Dealer orders, ensure cut-off times are met, and maintain FIFO practices. You will dispense parts for delivery, operate forklift equipment, and help maintain 5S daily.

Qualifications

• Matric with Maths & English.
• 1 year experience in automotive environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Check, inspect and store parts from local and import suppliers.
• Pick Dealer order parts and meet cut-off times.
• Ensure FIFO and timely handling of airfreight, backorder and VOR (within 4 hours).
• Bin, label and store received parts; plan storage for new models.
• Release dealer orders for delivery trucks on schedule.
• Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck).
• Maintain 5S in daily routines and participate in daily start-up meetings.
