Network Finance is assisting an established power-industry organisation in recruiting an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to own its warehousing operations. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader focused on inventory accuracy, efficient workflows, team productivity and reliable order fulfilment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in warehouse and supply chain operations, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience in the power-related industry or a closely aligned technical product environment.
• Proven experience managing warehouse teams, inventory control and dispatch operations.
• Working knowledge of ZOHO, advanced Excel, SAP, Syspro or a comparable ERP/WMS system.
• Matric (Grade 12); a qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehouse Management will be advantageous.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills, together with a valid driver's licence.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, collections and deliveries.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stocktakes, reconciliations, movement tracking and investigation of discrepancies.
• Supervise and develop warehouse staff, driving productivity, accountability, discipline and teamwork.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, implement corrective measures and improve warehouse processes and performance.
• Coordinate order fulfilment and dispatch to ensure accurate, timeous deliveries and effective stakeholder communication.
• Maintain a safe, organised and secure warehouse in line with company procedures and health and safety requirements.
