Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ104)
Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400). Desirable
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
ITIL foundation
Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert
VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
3-5 years of experience in the same or similar role.

Responsibilities

Provide incident resolution and proactive monitoring across multi-domain infra.
Manage high-complexity tickets and mentor L2 teams on advanced troubleshooting.
Collaborate with Cloud, Security, Networking, and Applications teams to deliver services.
Create knowledge articles and train junior team members; contribute to automation efforts.
Engage with third-party vendors as needed and ensure SLA adherence.
