• Senior Business Analyst with banking experience and strong analytical skills.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements for lending/credit products.
• Proven ability to translate regulations into functional specs and user stories.
• Ability to design end-to-end credit customer journeys across channels.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Compliance, Legal, Risk and Tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements for credit products and customer journeys.
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop business rules, user stories, acceptance criteria and process documentation.
• Ensure requirements are traceable from regulatory obligations through to implementation.
• Work with Product, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Design and Technology teams to clarify requirements.
• Identify gaps, dependencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyse and design end-to-end customer journeys across credit products.
• Translate applicable legislation (NCA, FICA, POPIA) into practical requirements.
• Support design of credit application, onboarding, affordability assessment, contracting and servicing journeys.
• Ensure consistent requirements across digital and assisted channels.
• Collaborate with UX/Design teams to create simple, compliant experiences.
• Translate business requirements into system behavior and specifications.
• Understand integrations, data flows and dependencies.
• Participate in solution discussions and delivery.
