Talent Candey is recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst: Credit Systems based in Somerset West for a major Banking client. This role operates in the first line of defence within Credit / Product & Technology and is a permanent, full-time position.

You will establish new lending capabilities, configure the LMS, and translate business needs into concrete LMS solutions. The candidate will work with LMS vendors and engineers to define requirements, data rules and acceptance criteria, ensuring

Qualifications

Proven experience implementing, configuring or building a Loan Management System or lending platform.
Strong understanding of consumer lending products and the credit lifecycle.
Experience with greenfield or transformational technology initiatives.
Experience working with software engineers, architects and vendors.

Responsabilités

Own LMS functional knowledge, capabilities, configurations and business rules.
Translate credit requirements into LMS functionality and system behaviour.
Define lending products, account structures and lifecycle events within the LMS.
Support testing, validation and implementation to ensure system behaviour matches product intent.
