Job summary

Fusion Personnel Ltd. in Gauteng seeks an experienced Credit Controller to manage the debtors’ book and drive timely payments. You will build client relationships and collaborate with internal teams to optimize cash flow.

The role requires strong communication, solid MS Office and SAP skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining accuracy and independence in a demanding environment.

Relevant qualification and 5–10 years' experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage an allocated debtors’ book and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Build and maintain client relationships to facilitate debt collection.
• Update account systems with collection progress.
• Issue statements and invoices and perform account reconciliations.
• Process and manage refund requests.
• Assist with credit applications and manage credit risk.
• Liaise with Finance and Legal departments regarding debt collection.
• Ensure invoices, proof of delivery and purchase orders comply with customer requirements.
