Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar conveyancing role.
• Proficiency in GhostConvey, LEXIS Convey, Stordoc and E4 Training.
• Excellent command of Afrikaans and English, both written and verbal.
• Grade 12 and related diploma advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handling large volumes of files in a high-pressure environment.
• Providing administrative and secretarial support to the legal team.
• Communicating effectively with clients in English and Afrikaans.
• Ensuring all documentation and processes comply with legal requirements.
