Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Conveyancing Secretary.
• Strong experience in property transfers.
• Bond registration experience advantageous.
• Ability to independently manage the full transfer process from instruction to final accounts.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full transfer process independently, from receipt of instructions through to final accounts.
• Prepare and manage transfer documentation.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, banks and other relevant parties.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure transactions progress efficiently.
• Provide administrative support throughout the conveyancing process.
