Mondelēz International in South Africa is seeking a senior Control Technician/Lead automation engineer to own maintenance strategy across lines. You will apply AM and PM concepts, manage R&M budget, and drive improvements in reliability and process stability.

You will lead teams, mentor technicians, engage with asset and reliability teams, and ensure safety, quality, cost, delivery targets while reducing downtime. Experience with VFDs, PLCs, Rockwell, Siemens, and Adroit SCADA is required.

Formación

• Advanced knowledge of AM/PM maintenance and TPM tools.
• 4+ years as lead automation engineer in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to mentor technicians and lead changes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance planning and ensure line reliability and process stability.
• Own PM systems, centerline settings and R&M budgets.
• Coach SWP owners, drive PDCA improvements on the line.
