Job summary

RPO Recruitment’s client, a leading construction contractor in Gauteng, seeks a professionally registered Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects, ensuring contract management, programme delivery, commercial control, quality, and client satisfaction across sites.

The ideal candidate will have SACPCMP registration, 10+ years of post-registration experience, and a strong background in planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Professional SACPCMP registration is essential.
• 10 years+ post-registration experience in construction.
• Experience managing 1–3 active sites concurrently.
• Strong grasp of construction contracts, commercial management, planning and execution.
• Experience with cost reporting, quality management systems, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Manage contracts, programme delivery and commercial control.
• Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction across sites.
• Lead site teams and coordinate on safety and HSEQ compliance.
• Travel regularly between project sites as required.
