Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in construction management or related field.
• 10–20 years’ experience in building construction.
• Career progression from graduate or student level into a Contracts Manager role.
• Experience with Tier 1 construction contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple building projects and ensure delivery in line with programme, budget, quality and safety requirements.
• Oversee projects through site engineers and foremen.
• Lead and coordinate with project teams to meet targets and client expectations.

Education

• Previous experience with Tier 1 construction contractors.
• Exposure to a variety of projects, including commercial buildings, retail developments, schools and similar building works.
• Proven experience overseeing multiple projects through site engineers and foremen.
• Strong leadership, planning, commercial and project management capabilities.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
