Job summary

Network Finance's client, a leading residential property developer, seeks an accomplished Construction/Engineering professional to lead multi-site residential projects from planning through delivery.

You will oversee programmes, cost control, procurement, QA, safety, and site teams, coordinate with consultants and authorities, manage budgets, report progress, and ensure compliant, on-time completions of high-profile communities across South Africa.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years in residential construction and property development.
• Experience managing multiple residential developments and large site teams.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, quality management, procurement and health & safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple residential developments from planning through to completion.
• Oversee programmes, procurement, cost control, risk management and site teams.
• Liaise with consultants, municipal authorities, and internal stakeholders; drive performance and compliance.
• Report on progress, budget, and quality to ensure on-time delivery of high-profile communities.
