Job summary

Profile Personnel invites applications for a Project Manager - Residential Developments to oversee full lifecycle developments from land acquisition to handover. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery within quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction/quantity surveying/civil engineering/property development.
• 3–5 years’ experience in residential property development and project management.
• Experience managing multi-unit residential developments from acquisition through completion.
• Sound knowledge of SA planning, development, and construction regulations.
• Experience leading professional teams, contractors, and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential development projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage budgets, programmes, and risk registers.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, QS, environmental consultants, and planners.
• Monitor milestones and ensure timely delivery of project phases.
• Oversee handovers, snagging, and defect management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
