Job summary

Network Finance's client, a leading residential property developer, seeks an accomplished Construction/Engineering professional to lead multi-site residential projects from planning through delivery.

You will oversee programmes, cost control, procurement, QA, safety, and site teams, coordinate with consultants and authorities, manage budgets, report progress, and ensure compliant, on-time completions of high-profile communities across South Africa.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years in residential construction and property development.
• Experience managing multiple residential developments and large site teams.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, quality management, procurement and health & safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple residential developments from planning through to completion.

Manage multiple residential developments from planning through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Oversee programmes, subcontractors, procurement, cost control, risk management, quality assurance, and site teams. Liaise with consultants, municipal authorities, and internal stakeholders while driving performance, reporting, compliance, and successful project delivery.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Construction Management or Engineering Degree.
• Minimum 10 years' experience within residential construction and property development.
• Proven experience managing multiple residential developments and large site teams.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, quality management, procurement, and health & safety requirements.
• Proficient in MS Project and capable of managing programmes, stakeholder relationships, and municipal engagements.
