You will drive drafting, review, and execution of varied commercial agreements, implement governance processes, and mentor staff to optimize performance and renewals.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in contract management, legal, or procurement roles.
• Proven expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing complex commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of contract law and principles.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in an office environment.
• Leadership experience is a plus.

• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, supply agreements, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
• Develop and implement robust contract management processes and policies.
• Oversee the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
