Qualifications

• Strong drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts including sales, SLAs, partnerships and procurement.
• Provide expert legal advice to business units on contractual matters.
• Ensure contracts comply with laws, regulations and policies.
• Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to execution and renewal.
• Identify and advise on legal risks and develop standard templates and playbooks.
• Conduct legal research and provide opinions on complex issues.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement and other teams to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Support dispute resolution related to contracts.
