About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Contracts Manager to oversee their contract lifecycle management within their Vereeniging office. This is a critical in-office role focused on ensuring that all contractual agreements are executed efficiently, effectively, and in full compliance with company policies and legal requirements. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of contracts, from drafting and negotiation through to execution, monitoring, and renewal. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional negotiation skills, a deep understanding of contract law, and the ability to manage complex contractual relationships with suppliers, partners, and clients. You will play a vital role in mitigating risks and maximizing value from contractual agreements.
