Qualifications

• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in organizational development consulting or a senior HR/OD role.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing successful OD interventions, including change management, culture shaping, and talent strategies.
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior, learning theories, and diagnostic methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Superb communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
• Experience working with clients in the Eastern Cape region is a plus, though not mandatory due to the remote nature of the role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively in a virtual team environment.
