About the Role

Our client, a distinguished management consultancy, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant to focus on Business Strategy and Growth. You will work with executive leadership teams to identify market opportunities, formulate strategic responses, and implement growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Develop and refine corporate and business unit strategies to achieve growth objectives. Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and trend forecasting to identify strategic opportunities. Advise clients on market entry strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and organic growth initiatives. Lead project teams in developing strategic plans, business models, and execution roadmaps. Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops with senior client executives. Assess and recommend improvements to client go-to-market strategies and sales effectiveness. Analyze financial data and develop business cases for strategic investments. Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all project stakeholders. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the firm's intellectual capital.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a closely related field, with a focus on growth and market strategy. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing growth strategies for diverse organizations. Strong capabilities in market analysis, strategic planning, financial modeling, and business case development. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders. Proven experience in leading project teams and managing client relationships. A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is highly preferred. Experience working with companies in the Sandton, Gauteng area or similar business environments is advantageous.
