Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed construction project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Supervise and direct all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate all subcontractors, suppliers, and labor to ensure efficient workflow.
• Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures across the construction site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to identify and rectify any issues promptly.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with all local building codes, permits, and regulations.
• Maintain excellent communication with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8-10 years of proven experience in construction site management, with a strong track record of successfully delivered projects.
• A relevant degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
