Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation for construction projects in Mossel Bay .

Requirements

• In‑depth knowledge of construction processes, building materials, and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Strong understanding of South African building regulations, health and safety legislation, and environmental standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting for large‑scale construction projects.
• Experience in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and on‑site responsibilities.
• Professional registration with a relevant body (e.g., SACPCMP) is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
