Placements24 is seeking a proactive Construction Project Manager to lead high-end residential estate developments in and around Pretoria. You will manage end-to-end construction from planning and design liaison through to handover, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires a relevant degree, at least 7 years in residential construction, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and a solid grasp of building regulations and planning permissions.
