Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major construction and infrastructure projects in East London, Eastern Cape. You will oversee planning, design, execution and closeout, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high quality, with strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Hybrid work allows on-site supervision and remote strategic planning. Requires 8+ years of PM experience, a relevant degree (BEng/BTech) and PMP/Master's preferred;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Master's degree or PMP is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the construction and infrastructure industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Strong understanding of project management software and tools (MS Project, Primavera).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing site presence with remote management.
