Job summary

NDC Personnel is seeking a senior site construction leader to oversee fabrication, shutdown, and related onshore/offshore projects from mobilisation to handover. The role requires steering multi-discipline teams, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and commercial margins.

Candidates should have a relevant trade qualification with supervisory progress or a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field, with 10+ years in industrial construction,

Qualifications

• Qualified trade qualification with supervisory progress or
• National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or similar field
• At least 10 years’ industrial construction, fabrication and maintenance or shutdown experience
• 5 years in construction/site management; leadership of multi-discipline teams and subcontractors

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe, compliant and commercially controlled execution of fabrication, shutdown, onshore and offshore projects from mobilisation through handover
• Direct site production, coordinate all disciplines and protect safety, quality, schedule and margin

Education

National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Construction Management (or similar field)
