Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Project Manager with extensive Offshore Construction experience to lead critical oil and gas projects. This fully remote leadership role focuses on planning, execution, and delivery from inception to completion, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, and quality goals are met.

The ideal candidate has a civil/mechanical/electrical engineering background, 10+ years in PM, and a proven offshore track record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years focused on offshore oil and gas construction projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex offshore projects.
• Strong understanding of offshore construction methodologies, marine operations, and relevant industry standards.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
