Our client is looking for an accomplished Senior Construction Site Supervisor to lead and manage on-site operations remotely. This critical role ensures that construction projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, despite the absence of direct on-site presence for the supervisor. You will be responsible for coordinating all site activities, managing subcontractors, overseeing materials delivery, and ensuring strict adherence to project plans and safety protocols, all managed through advanced communication and monitoring technologies. This position is ideal for a proactive leader with a strong background in site supervision and a proven ability to manage complex construction environments from a distance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed site management plans for projects managed remotely.
• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently through remote monitoring.
• Manage subcontractor performance, ensuring they adhere to schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Conduct regular remote inspections and audits of work quality, safety compliance, and progress against the project schedule.
• Oversee the management of construction materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and proper utilization.
• Maintain detailed site records, including daily reports, incident logs, and progress updates for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in construction, with at least 8 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to manage construction sites remotely using technology and effective communication strategies.
• Deep understanding of construction methods , safety regulations, and quality control processes.
• Experience with project scheduling software and digital reporting tools .
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant trade qualifications or a National Diploma in Construction Management are preferred.
