Job summary

NDC Personnel is seeking a senior site construction leader to oversee fabrication, shutdown, and related onshore/offshore projects from mobilisation to handover. The role requires steering multi-discipline teams, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and commercial margins.

Candidates should have a relevant trade qualification with supervisory progress or a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field, with 10+ years in industrial construction,

Qualifications

• At least 10 years’ industrial construction, fabrication and maintenance or shutdown experience
• 5 years in construction/site management; leadership of multi-discipline teams and subcontractors

Job description

In this role, you will lead the safe, compliant and commercially controlled execution of fabrication, shutdown, onshore and offshore projects from mobilisation through handover. The role directs site production, coordinates all disciplines and protects safety, quality, schedule and margin.

To be considered, candidates should hold a relevant trade qualification with supervisory progress, or a minimum National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management (or similar field). This role also requires at least 10 years’ industrial construction, fabrication, and maintenance or shutdown experience, including 5 years in construction/site management. Proven leadership of multi-discipline teams and subcontractors on high-risk industrial work is essential. Candidates must have a valid driver’s licence, passport, and a willingness to travel.
