Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to reside or commute to Mahikeng.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Lead and manage project teams, including site managers, engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on all project sites.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.
• Professional registration (e.g., SACPCMP) is highly desirable.
• Must be willing to reside in or commute to Mahikeng, North West.
• A valid driver's license is essential.
