Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager for large-scale projects in Mahikeng, North West. You will oversee planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence while maintaining quality standards.

Lead multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors, monitor progress, handle contract administration, and liaise with clients and authorities.

Qualifications

• BSc or BEng in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• ECSA registration with Pr. Eng. or C.Eng. is advantageous.
• Minimum of 10 years in construction management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role on large projects.
• Proven track record in managing budgets exceeding R100 million.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and FIDIC/NEC conditions of contract.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel and work in the Mahikeng, North West area.
