Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation effectively.
• Lead, mentor, and manage project teams, including site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities to ensure project objectives are met.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and resolve site issues promptly.
