Placements24 is seeking an experienced Construction Contracts Manager to oversee all contractual aspects of projects in Kimberley. You will draft, review, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance and protecting company interests in a senior role focused on construction law, procurement, and risk management.

You will negotiate favorable terms, resolve disputes, and support commercial execution across major Kimberley projects, leading contract strategy and administration.

Qualifications

• Law degree or a Bachelor's in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in construction contract management.
• Strong knowledge of construction law, contract types, and procurement processes.
• Proven negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
• Understanding of project finance and risk management in construction.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and other agreements.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and regulations throughout project lifecycles.
• Manage contract administration including variations, claims, and dispute resolution.
• Provide expert contractual guidance to project managers and senior leadership.
• Monitor contract performance and identify potential risks or liabilities.
• Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
